Real Estate News Along the Gold Coast of Southern Connecticut in 2023

Southern Connecticut includes some of the wealthiest communities in the country including Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Westport and Fairfield. A portion could be for a museum, an arts center and a farmers market, while another would be used for conservation and education. The existing beaches and shoreline may be used for recreation.”
