About Richard Napoli

Rich was born and raised in CT and has resided in Naugatuck, CT for almost 20 years. Rich is a homeowner and an investor who enjoys managing properties as well as home projects. Rich loves to learn and has completed a few home redevelopments and was excited to project manage the entire process.

Rich would be honored to help you with all your real estate needs from renting a property, finding your dream home or your next investment anywhere in CT. Rich has assisted clients both sell and purchase homes throughout the entire state of Connecticut. He has a strong understanding for customer needs, is detail oriented and prides himself on building relationships with others. Rich is a listener and is dedicated to helping throughout your entire real estate journey. 

Rich began his teaching career as an elementary school teacher in Milford. Now, currently a Dean of Students for the Brookfield Public Schools, Rich has extensive experience in education, especially in administration as a school leader. Rich also served as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University & Central Connecticut State University.

In between education, Rich was an account executive where he had sales and marketing responsibilities for highly successful corporations named BKM Total Office and William B. Meyer in Connecticut. 

Rich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Eastern Connecticut State University, a Master of Science in Education and a Sixth Year Diploma in Educational Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University. Rich is also a graduate of the University of Connecticut’s Superintendent Executive Leadership Program.

In Rich’s free time, he enjoys playing softball and golf, being outdoors on the water boating or on his SUP. He values spending time with family and friends and is also an avid Yankee fan!
