Carrie (Klein) Perkins is a second-generation Real Estate Agent with 25 years of experience. The Klein family name carries a stellar reputation in the Fairfield County real estate industry. Carrie’s mother and business partner, Virginia Klein, has been a broker & owner for more than 60 years. Known for being ethical, direct, and reliable, Kleins are also aggressive advocates for their clients. After her first decade in real estate, Carrie began to envision an innovative, visual storytelling method of portraying the unique spaces she represented. When she couldn’t find the right creatives to implement her vision, Carrie went back to school herself, getting a second education in photography, video production, marketing, web development, and graphic design. She was lucky enough to be taken under the wing by some incredible creative talents who encouraged her to follow her passions and pushed her to do things outside her comfort zone – like making a full-length documentary film.
Today, Carrie is best known for her instantly recognizable, signature-style marketing. Carrie and her team at Spaces @ REMAX Heritage devise custom branding for each new luxury project, including an original logo, premium website, and unparalleled staging and photography. The centerpiece of each campaign is a bespoke lifestyle video, produced, directed, and (often) edited by Carrie. Her videos utilize emotive imagery and incredible attention to detail to tell the unique personal stories of every home her team handles. Nothing makes Carrie happier than when colleagues, clients, or friends reach out to say, “I knew that listing was yours before I ever saw your name.”
A lifetime Connecticut resident, Carrie currently resides in Fairfield with her family which includes her 17-year-old daughter Halie who plans to be a 3rd generation team member, following in her mother and grandmother's illustrious footsteps. Their family also includes a 130lb Great Dane named LuluBelle (who also loves to show houses). Carrie has several passions, including gardening, cooking, wine, and mixology (which she studies for fun at Astor Center in NYC). She geeks out over film, video editing, photography gear, architecture and design, (weirdly) light fixtures, and (not weirdly at all) Star Trek.
